日常食谱


蜂蜜鸡肉:

Preparation time: 10 minutes
cooking time : 20 minutes
serves : 6 persons
Per person : 14 g protein
6 g fat
11 g Carbohydrats

1 tbsp cooking oil

A.
1 sachet MAGGI @Honey Chicken Paste
1 oinion , minced
2 cm ginger , minced
2 cloves garlic , minced
1 red chilli ,minced ,optional
100 g canned pineapples,drain juice and minced
2 tsp MAGGI@ Concentrated Chicken Stock
500 g chicken pieces without skin
150 ml water

Cooking Steps :
1. Heat oil and stir fry ingredients A until aromatic
2. Add chicken and water ,cook for 20 minutes or until sauce thicken
3. Remove from heat and serve .

Good To Remember :
Chicken is a source of good quality animal protein.

Good To Know:
Much of the chicken fat is located under the skin hence chicken is best stained before cooking .
